CMDOLL is currently optimized for fit-check inquiries and destination-based shipping confirmation. For BJD dolls, cotton dolls, 120cm dolls, and accessories, ask before payment when scale or delivery route is uncertain.
Shipping expectations
- Small accessories and cotton dolls usually ship as tracked small parcels
- BJD and large dolls need destination-based route confirmation
- 80cm and 120cm dolls may require oversize packaging checks
Issue reporting
- Photograph package condition before opening if damage is visible
- Report damage, missing parts, or mismatch within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep packaging until the issue review is complete
